Yes, it should be offered for low and middle-income families, so that they can send their child to whichever school they feel is best for their child, whether if they chose public, or private (secular or religious) schools. But we should also improve our public schools and ensure that these funds are managed properly, and increase salaries for teachers in both public and private schools as well.
